Tree Planting Projects
According to a United Nations Report on The State of The World's Forests, forests are a sanctuary for most of the earth's terrestrial biodiversity, and everyone depends upon this biodiversity to some extent, with roughly one-third of humanity having a close dependence on forests and forest products.
With a global deforestation rate of roughly 25million acres per year between 2015 and 2020, there is a requirement to plant trees on a large scale in order to prevent, halt, and reverse the loss of biodiversity.
This is why we have partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects. Eden is a Non Governmental Organization that plants trees at scale in tandem with local communities to alleviate poverty through environmental stewardship. Eden employs thousands of people to plant native tree species in community projects based in Haiti, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nepal, and Nicaragua.
